Refund Policy

We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number so we can review the issue. Refunds are not eligible for delayed shipping, or for missing packages after they have already been delivered. If it has been over a month since the date of purchase, please contact the store email.


Items that are discounted or purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. Only regularly priced items may be considered for return eligibility.


To be eligible for a return (for non-discounted items), the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.


If your refund request is approved due to a damaged item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


We reserve the right to deny any refund or return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
